RUN Chlodnia currently produces several frozen ready meals, as well as frozen fruits and vegetables, such as strawberries, sour cherries, black currants, blueberries, plums, onions, broccoli, and cauliflower. These products are sold in domestic and EU markets. The Company employs 380 people and is managed by Mr. Remigiusz Narkowicz, who was appointed President by the shareholders. Mr. Aleksander Bochenski is Chairman of the Board and manages the RUN joint venture company.

Chlodnia we Wloclawku has always been recognized in the market for its quality frozen food products. After the privatization and establishment of RUN Chlodnia, the company's new management decided that only continuous commitment to the production of superior goods will allow the company to attain and retain its valued customers in today's hyper- competitive market.

Management understands that in the food business, only the highest quality people can make the highest quality products. Therefore, our vision for the future starts with our people. With this in mind, we invest in our employees by providing continuous training programs in numerous areas, such as production safety, hygiene standards, as well as soft skills like teamwork. The company also devised an incentive compensation system that rewards employees for excellent performance.

The Company has also invested heavily in new production lines and the modernization of its freezing facilities. We are constantly improving the quality and effectiveness of our entire production process, from cooperating with our suppliers to delivering the final product to our customers.

Our plant produces food in accordance with EU standards and has secured EU licenses for meat processing and freezing, as well as for storage and delivery of poultry, beef, and pork products. In addition, many of our products also meet USDA standards. The Quality Assurance department has implemented the HACCP food safety system for all the company's products. Since January 2004, the company has been holding the International Food Standard (IFS) awarded at the highest level by TUV Nord-Cert.

We have also achieved BRC A Grade that guarantee excellence of our products and good quality of the services.

Customers
Customers are the life and blood of every business and we are dedicated to continually meeting our customers ever changing needs, expectations and tastes. We want all of our employees to have deeply ingrained in their hearts and minds the belief that as long as customers are satisfied with our products, the company will prosper, and our employees will benefit from that prosperity. At RUN Chlodnia, the satisfaction of our customers is paramount. We are very proud of the relationships we have built with customers such as Animex and Yano (meat products trading companies), KFC, Pizza Hut, Alima Gerber, Pillsbury, Bonduelle, Orcla Food, Agraimpex, Agrohanza, Geant, Auchan, Globi and other Polish hyper- and supermarket chains.

Suppliers
We realize perfectly well that in order to produce food of the highest quality, the company must deal with suppliers of meat, fruits and vegetables of the highest quality. Ms. Anna Kawalec, our Purchasing Manager, is responsible for the selection of our supply partners and the day-to-day cooperation with the entire supply chain. Meat is primarily purchased from a few, carefully selected slaughterhouses that fully meet EU requirements. Nearly all of our fruits and vegetables are purchased from farmers in the area in which we are located, called Kujawy, known in Poland for its very rich soil, mild climate, and strong farming culture. We work very closely with the farmers who supply our various fruits and vegetables to ensure that products meet our rigid quality standards. When it comes to planting and harvesting, RUN Chlodnia uses its own seeds, and often its own manpower and equipment. This control ensures the highest quality of goods for our customers and facilitates tracing our goods from seed to finished product.

Run Chlodnia in care of customer goodness and final consumer satisfaction gives permanent efforts to keep it's products high quality and attractive. Therefore the conditions in the processing halls and the procedures are guaranteed by BRC, IFS, HACCP certificates.

We intend to create finesse and exclusive products, paying also attention to keep high flavor value.

We are aware of huge demands for Polish traditional food of Poles who have emigrated to the United Kingdom and Ireland. That is why we have prepared an offer for them of products that combine the tradition of Polish cuisine with smart, attractive package.

Frozen ready meals
All of our products are sold in various packages to superstore chains, wholesalers, and medium and small independent retailers. We also supply several catering firms with various deep-frozen food products.

Fruit and vegetable mixes
Our frozen ready fruit and vegetable mixes are marketed under the name "Garden's Taste". Our frozen sweet corn on the cob and cut corn are marketed under the name "Gold of America" and enjoy strong brand recognition in the Polish market.
